As a reminder, if a patron returns an unabridged copy of an audiobook with missing discs, you do not need to charge them for the entire replacement - simply charge $7 per missing disc, and then send to LMS for replacement.
Also, if you have an item returned this way, please be sure to make a note on the account and include your initials. This helps prevent confusion when the patron returns in the future. Thank you.
