Staff Meeting 2/24/2016

1. Focus on self-check (Herd the Herd)

• Let Patrons choose their PIN numbers for their library accounts.

2. Rotation schedule coming your way

• Reminder: You may be chosen to go to another location to work Mon thr Thur.  It will be determined through rotation.

3. Rovers use iPad please

• Use the iPad when roving. Crystal will provide training

4. No billing for damaged magazines unless it is a recurring problem / patron

5. Same for flimsy children material

6. FRIENDS stamp arriving soon

7. Kronos- keep your punches according to your schedule. Notify your supervisor or manager if you are unable to punch.

8. We have seen the article in the news regarding layoffs to City of Houston employees. We have heard nothing official. There is a managers meeting this Friday, and we will possibly be given information after said meeting.

9. Passports are getting busy. Thanks for all the great service and keep up the amazing work!
