Youth Meeting – June 2^nd 2016

- We talked about how the program is going so far even though we are only a week in.

·         - Tickets for paid programs will be handed out on the day of program. There are already pre-made envelopes with the tickets torn out for the program. A sign will be put up letting patrons know where to pick up tickets.

·        -  Strollers will go in the meeting room (near the calendar). Jenny also suggested that strollers be located in the actual meeting room to prevent theft.

·        -  Volunteers can create prizes:

o   Make crowns for the prizes

o   Make chenille stem trophies

·      -    Jayla needs to email Rebecca about the giant Jenga set

·       -   Jenny will create crown with yellow poster boards

·       - Martin needs to complete Jeopardy PPT
