Problem: I was helping a customer on Robinson's public computer #6, as he was having trouble accessing the Internet. He was using Firefox and kept getting the error message "Cannot connect to proxy server." I suggested we try Chrome; that gave the same error message. He said "How about the E with the circle around it!?" and indeed, Internet Explorer worked just fine. I am not sure what the problem is; I didn't want to reboot it because I wasn't sure if he'd lose his session.
